# Announcement about Pilot interest adjustment (5.26)

With the rapid growth of leveraged lending, we find that some tokens, such as BXH, PIPI and MDX, are currently highly utilized. In order to protect the interests of lenders and borrowers, the team decided to make this interest adjustment. 

The adjusted synthetic asset interest is: 

Utilization rate of funds Annual interest 

Between 0-50% 10% 

Between 50% - 75% 22% 

Between 75% - 90% 35% 

Between 90% - 98% 64.5% 

Between 98% - 100% 100% 

Note: when the utilization rate of funds is at the inflection point value, the annualized interest is the annualized interest of the previous period. For lenders, there is currently a PTD bonus for low-risk mining in addition to the interest bonus for synthetic assets. In the next step, the team plans to open the second pool of low-risk mining for some tokens with high utilization rate, so as to provide higher non-risk mining profit for lenders.
